On Tuesday, November 1st 2022, the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) 3rd Security Stakeholders Summit was held in PCRC HALL “A” DIVISION, UGHELLI, DELTA STATE. It was themed “Curbing The Challenges Of Political Violence And Insecurity, Herders/farmers Conflict And Inter-Communal Violence Among Youths In The Ember Months, The Way Forward”.

Comrade (Dr). Blessing Egbagbara (PhD) JP+ delivered a welcome address to open the occasion. The chairmen of the event were:

  • The Commissioner of Police, Delta State Mr Ari Mohammed Ali
  • The Area Commander, Ughelli Area Command, ACP Adamu Zumo

Chairman PCRC Ughelli Area Command presented the following persons for the presentation of the award of Excellence/Patronship, Peace and Security award, Merit award and most friendly community and PCRC Police officers in the command. They included:

(III) Curbing the Challenges of Inter-Communal Conflicts among Youths in the Community in the Ember Months. The way forward by Comr. Vincent Lucky.

After the lectures, the awards were presented to deserving benefactors, and after the vote of thanks by the Area secretary, the event ended.
